Happiness Officer

Roles and responsibilities:

· Manage by e-mail and/or phone the questions/issues faced by clients

· Improving and optimizing the client support in collaboration with the Chief Happiness Officer

· Follow up on a daily basis the entire customer processes (Cancellations, payments, etc.)

· Support the technical team through customer feedback

Experience required:

UAE Nationals with family book- Male/ Female

2 years of experience of handling customer support will be desired.

Should be fluent in English

Bachelor/ High school graduate
